Primary Slot Accounts (aka "P"):
What does Primary Slot Accounts (P) mean?
This is a type of account activation. In this case, you download the content from the account provided and you play ONLY from your personal accounts. You do not need an internet connection in your PS4 after downloading the content in order to use it. You can use the content from your personal accounts so you can get all the trophies with your personal users (play online and offline without limits).
Is the game complete / original?
Yes, it is the complete and original game. Same as how Bluray comes on disk (sometimes digital games bring extras, such as special content, expansions, themes for your PS4, etc.)
Can I play on the online?
If the game offers multiplayer, yes.
Can I play from my personal account (s)?
You can play from your personal account (s) without any problems, regardless of the nationality. Example: you will play FIFA 20 (USA region) with your arabian or russian account. (The game atributes will remain, if the game comes in english you will still play the game in english but from your personal account)
Can I delete the game?
No. If you delete the game or the user provided, you lose it. (Still if you must delete the game or wish to re download a game/DLC, please contact us and we will work this out with you)
Can I pick up the game personally?
No, deliveries are by email. Instructions are sent by email to download the game from the comfort of your home. You can contact us in Whatsapp too.
If I have a problem downloading or installing the game, can I re-download it?
In the event of any problem please contact us and we will solve it. Always contact us before doing anything and await instructions to solve your specific problem. The more details you gave us about your error or problem, the faster we will solve it. In general, errors have a number associated, it is always convenient to transcribe what the system notifies you by adding the error number or sending us a screenshot where we can see the error.
Secondary Slots Accounts (aka "S"):
What does Secondary Slot Account (aka "S") mean?
This is a type of account activation. In this case, you download and use the content ONLY from the account provided. You must have your PS4 connected to the internet and login to the account provided in order to use the content label as "Secondary Slot Account". You will not be able to use this content from your personal accounts, therefore you will not be able to acquire the trophies with your personal user.

Can I play on the online?
If the game offers multiplayer, yes. (In this case you must be online all the time to use the content, even for single player)
